Child's sleep improvement
Zinc helped my child sleep soundly. At around one and a half years old, he started waking up at night and crying for about an hour. He was physically healthy, and the cause was unknown. We were advised to give him zinc, considering it might relate to spasm of cerebral vessels. After a month, the crying stopped, and we ceased the zinc.
